We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and account type (Model or Studio). Models may also provide profile photos, reference photos, and identity verification information. Studios may provide company name, website, and billing information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Platform
  • Process transactions and send related notifications
  • Display Model profiles to registered Studios
  • Facilitate collaborations and licensing workflows
  • Send service-related communications (account updates, request notifications, payment confirmations)
  • Improve the Platform and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Between collaborating parties: When a collaboration is approved, limited profile information is shared between the Model and Studio
  • Payment processing: Billing and payout information is shared with Stripe
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or legal process
  • Platform protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Authentic and its users

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Reference Photos

Model reference photos are stored securely and are only accessible to Studios with an approved collaboration. Reference photos are not publicly visible and are not used for any purpose other than facilitating licensed AI content creation. Models may delete their reference photos at any time.

5. AI-Generated Images

AI-generated images submitted through the Platform are stored securely. Images pending review are only visible to the Model for approval purposes. Licensed images are accessible to the Studio that purchased the license. We do not use submitted images for AI training or any purpose beyond the licensing workflow.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Licensed image records are retained indefinitely as they serve as proof of licensing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
  • Revoke collaboration access (Models)
  • Request information about how your data is used

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
